As the second office to join RPC CPAs + Consultants in 1993, Alamogordo is where the majority of our terrific bookkeepers help clients stay organized, on track, and in compliance. It's also home to a strong team of tax and business consulting professionals. The office is led by Gwen Sanders, CPA.
Since arriving in Albuquerque in 2001, we’ve made this city the site of our corporate headquarters. Our leadership teams for the audit practice and consulting services reside here, too. Two of our partners — R.A. Bobbi Hayes, CPA, and Managing Partner Ray Roberts, CPA — call Albuquerque home.
This city has a special place in our hearts, because RPC CPAs + Consultants (formerly Accounting & Consulting Group) was founded here in 1998. Today, our Carlsbad team members serve many clients’ tax and bookkeeping needs, particularly oil and gas and related service companies throughout southeastern New Mexico.
As a result of our 2011 merger with Kirkland, Kirkland & Co., the RPC CPAs + Consultants family in Clovis has developed an even stronger capacity to serve clients. We are particularly proud of our deep agricultural knowledge and the two partners who head the effort to service agricultural clients: Jack Kirkland, CPA and Michele Kirkland, CPA. Along with a very strong team of professionals, including small business advisors and agricultural specialists, the Clovis office provides a deep pool of resources to help our clients grow, plan, and succeed.
Our newest office, formerly White + Samaniego + Campbell, LLC officially joined the Firm as of January 1, 2015. The new El Paso team members strengthen our expertise in governmental auditing, the construction industry and international taxation. They also bring new expertise in the areas of internal audit and audit services for the gaming industry. Former Managing Partner, Michael White, CPA, will continue on as the Office's Partner-in-Charge and Mike Carnevale, CPA, JD is our new Tax Partner housed in El Paso.
We’ve called Hobbs home since 2006, when Roberson & Waechter joined our team. A proud Granite Level Firm Foundation Sponsor of the Hobbs Chamber of Commerce, we provide tax and bookkeeping expertise to clients in oil and gas service companies, agricultural enterprises, restaurants, hotels, and professional service firms. Partner Cindy Bryan oversees services to clients and our team members in both the Hobbs and Carlsbad offices.
The Texas Board of Accountancy required that our Lubbock office operate under its former name of Pratas, Smith & Moore, which joined us in 2007, up until our official name change to RPC CPAs + Consultants in November of 2015. Our Lubbock team is diverse in both the expertise of our professionals and the industries they serve. Lubbock is home to our large TPA practice, which provides third party administration services for employee benefit plans. Jimmy Pendergrass, CPA leads both the Lubbock team and the tax practice for RPC CPAs + Consultants. From agriculture to oil and gas, to nonprofits and individuals, Jimmy and his team provide a deep well of knowledge and industry understanding for the benefit of our clients.
Our first appearance in Roswell was in 2009 when we moved into our office in Penn Plaza, following our merger with Miller & Associates, PC. We’ve continued to grow as the firms of Bobby Carroll, CPA, and Andrews, Smith, Lowery & Co. have joined our team. In that time, we have developed considerable experience and expertise in agricultural taxation and efficient business practices. With our Partner Kimberly Warren, CPA, JD, LLM at the helm, our Roswell team is a well balanced and useful mix of tax, audit, and bookkeeping professionals all focused on providing world-class service to our clients.
