Experience

Amy Cherne is a Partner and co-leader of Construction Services, in the Assurance and Attestation Group (A&A Group).  She has strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, which developed during her 14 years of public accounting experience. Amy has a passion for the construction industry, with over eleven years of concentrated experience in this industry, including audit, review, compilation, taxation, and CFO for hire experience.  Since joining RPC in 2014, Amy has been instrumental in growing the construction niche in New Mexico, and expanding the niche in the El Paso area.  She is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional.

In addition to the construction industry, Amy has over nine years of experience performing audits for profit and non-profit organizations and employee benefit plan audits of 403(b) and 401(k) plans.
